After the petition has been approved, the USCIS sends your case to NVC. Once you receive the case number, you can proceed to the next steps.
1. Go to this website and follow the flowchart: https://ceac.state.gov/IV/
2. Pay the Affidavit of Support Fee ($120) and the IV Fee ($325). You need a US bank account for this.
3. Upload the complete the Affidavit of Support Requirements. Maximum file size is 2MB.
4. Complete the DS260 form. Double check all information before submitting.
5. Upload all the beneficiary's documents. Maximum file size is 2MB.
6. The completed NVC should look like this. Once all forms and documents are good, the NVC will send the interview appointment.
