The Exclusive Citizenship Act of 2025 Explained
There’s a lot of fear online about the Exclusive Citizenship Act of 2025, a new bill that proposes banning dual citizenship in the United States. Many dual citizens are worried about deportation, losing their U.S. passport, or being forced to choose one nationality. In this video, I explain what the bill actually says, who introduced it, and why nothing has changed in U.S. law. I also discuss how similar attempts in the past failed, and why legal experts say this proposal is unlikely to pass. Dual citizenship remains legal in the United States. Your rights, your passport, and your status are unchanged. Stay informed, stay calm, and rely on verified information — not viral fear. Want to Live in the USA? You Need a Legal Path
A lot of people dream of living in the United States — and many of you message us saying it’s your goal, your hope, your future. But here’s the truth: you can’t just move to the U.S. without a legal path. The U.S. requires you to qualify for a specific visa or immigration category before you can live, work, or stay long term. In this video, I explain why it’s not as simple as “going to America,” and I break down the real, legal pathways you can take. Each path has rules, requirements, and timelines — and not everyone qualifies for every category. But once you understand the options, you can plan your journey with clarity instead of guessing. Your Criminal Record Can Affect Your Green Card — Here’s the TRUTH
If you’re a Green Card holder and you’ve ever had an arrest, charge, conviction, or civil case, this video explains what you MUST disclose to USCIS — and when. Whether you have a 2 year conditional Green Card or a 10 year Green Card, USCIS requires full honesty about your record. Even dismissed, sealed, or expunged cases must be reported. If you have a 2 year Green Card, you must disclose all arrests and court cases in your Form I 751 (Removal of Conditions). There is a specific question about this, and USCIS expects certified court records and proof of the final disposition. When you later apply for naturalization (Form N-400), you must disclose everything again. USCIS reviews your entire history to determine Good Moral Character. Key reminders: • USCIS can still see expunged or sealed cases • Dismissed cases must be reported • Traffic cases that required court must be listed • Never hide or omit information — misrepresentation is far more serious than the incident itself This video helps you understand what USCIS expects and how to protect your immigration future.
